WEB DESIGN:

We design Web sites according to the colors, content and layout decided upon by you and a Web designer assigned to your order. Once the design is approved by you, your Web site will be developed to include the following "10 point" features:

1. Web Pages - clear, comprehensive Web pages utilizing HTML and PHP applications
2. Graphics - provided by you or included in one of our templates (custom design and animation quotes available by our graphic artist)
3. Images - photos, provided by you in either hard copy or digital (stock photos available from our collection - most free of charge)
4. Text content - provided by you, typed in MS Word or plain text email
5. Navigation - organized link system to your web pages
6. Forms - cgi programmed inquiry contact/feedback form with Mapquest or Yahoo map
7. Site map - includes links to all of your pages
8. Optimization - search engine title, keywords and description
9. Control panel - file manager, email features and Web applications
10. Browser compatibility testing - Internet Explorer, Netscape and Mozilla

Most basic Web sites can be completed within 10 - 15 days after receiving all of your content.

TESTING & CHANGES:

After your site is uploaded to your own domain and tested, you will be given 10 days to contact us to make any changes. Errors such as spelling, non working links, error pages or faulty development that are deemed to be our fault will be taken care of at no additional cost to you. Changes beyond the 10 day testing period are subject to maintenance fees.

WEBSITE HOSTING:

We suggest our Silver Hosting plan (which is currently on sale) for $19.95 per month or pay annually and save about $40. Annual cost is $199.50 (2 months free). Our Silver plan includes a lot more space and room for substantial growth. The Silver Plan offers 350MB of storage space with unrestricted 3GB bandwidth. Extra bandwidth = $10 per Gig expandable. All our hosting plans come complete with your own control panel, which includes email features and documentation about all other features offered to enhance your Web site.

DOMAIN NAME REQUIREMENTS:

You must be the registered owner of a domain name in order to open an account. Your domain name may be registered with any domain registrar. In order for a domain name to be associated with a server, DNS records must be correct. You will be required to update your DNS records with your domain registrar. We'll tell you how.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:

All design fees are due in advance of service. Hosting is offered on a monthly or annual basis. Credit card payments are processed through 2CheckOut.com, a secure third party online payment processor. We will accept US bank checks for design work, and annual hosting fees only. Your payment must clear the bank before service is started.

Webmaster maintenance services are not included in the purchase price.

#1. Your control panel comes with a file manager and ftp accessibility. If you can read a little HTML, you can update your own pages via the file manager.

#2. Updating and maintenance services are available on a monthly or as needed basis.

#3. FrontPage extensions can be installed on your account for those using FrontPage to update their site. You must have the FrontPage software.

#4. We offer, for a $69.95 one time set up fee, a really nice WebPowerEditor for easy editing without the need to know HTML.

In the event that the design of your website does not meet your expectations you have the option of receiving a refund, minus a non-refundable $175.00 service fee or requesting that changes be made. Your requesting that changes be made indicates that you want us to complete your website. You will no longer be entitled to a refund once we start making changes to complete your website. Hosting starts on your sign up date calculated on a monthly pre-paid basis. You may cancel hosting at any time. We do not offer refunds on hosting fees.

A one hour phone consultation is offered by appointment. Cost of initial "first time" consultation is $125.00. Sorry, we do not offer free consultations for the simple reason we provide you with a lot of valuable information during your appointment. However, we will apply $50.00 of the "first time" consultation fee to your order providing you sign up for service during your first appointment.

Customer service regarding your account, and additional consultations that we feel are needed to complete your Web design order, are offered at no charge to you. This includes going over your Control Panel with you, and answering any questions you may have regarding your account. Help desk "requests for assistance" are included free of charge via email.

Additional training by phone is scheduled on an as needed basis, by you, at the hourly rate of $125.00 per hour.
